Mack 10 Sued By L.A. Recording Studio, Rapper Settles Debt

Mack 10Rapper Mack 10 is being sued by a California man who claims Mack stiffed him on money owed for recent studio sessions.

According to TMZ, Rodger Carter filed a lawsuit in small claims court claiming Mack 10 owes him for around 30 hours of studio time at his Doghouse Studio in Malibu, Calif.

At $75/hour, the rapper allegedly owes $2,165.

At press time, a rep for Mack 10 told TMZ that the rapper had settled the issue with Doghouse, and continues to record at the Malibu location.

Mack 10 recently re-launched his Hoo-Bangin' Records imprint, signing rap legends Richie Rich of the Bay Area, San Diego's Mitchy Slick, and vet Xzibit.

He and his artist, Glasses Malone, are currently preparing the release of a collaborative album, titled Money Music, due out in April.
