Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci ManeGucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame's relationship seems to be stronger than ever these days. Waka has appeared along Gucci in several of his videos, or at least, gets a shoutout on tracks.

However, at one point, it was believed that there was a strain or maybe even sort of differences between the two, which all began when Gucci split with Waka's mother, who previously served as his manager.

In a recent interview with Complex, Gucci discussed his upcoming Ferrari Boys project with his Brick Squad protege, and touched on the alleged rumors.

While the two were not exactly speaking during that short period, things were never "not cool" between them, Gucci said.

"Me and Waka were never not cool, so I don't know where you get that from," the Atlanta rapper explained. "There was a period of time I wasn't speaking to him, but it wasn't no bad thing about that. We just wasn't talking at the time...

"We feeling each other right now. I'm feeling his swag. He's feeling mine," Gucci added. "I'm feeling his music right now and he's feeling my music right now, so we just came together and said let's combine."

While they will work as a duo for Ferrari Boys, Gucci and Waka will definitely continue as solo careers after the project runs its course.

"We've been talking about putting this album out for the last two years," Gucci said. "Since we formed Brick Squad, we been saying we're gonna come out with a group album. So the perfect time is now. We're gonna come out with our group album and then we'll come back out with our solo albums."

In addition to the album, Gucci and Waka are also hard at work on a new reality show, which will give fans a behind the scenes look at their lifestyles. "We show everyday life. What we get into in studio and at our shows. We just ordinary people with a crazy Rock 'N' Roll lifestyle," Gucci told MTV previously. "Because of the music we make, people think that's what we do all the time -- but we got a real family life. We got heart."

At press time, it was unknown what network their show would appear. Also, The Ferrari Boys album does not have a release date.
