Wiz Khalifa honored fellow weed smoker, the late Nate Dogg (real name: Nathaniel D. Hale), at the “Killers Lasers Papers” show at SXSW Thursday night (March 17).

During his performance, he paused for a moment to speak and honor Nate Dogg, who died earlier this week at 41 from stroke complications.

Wiz and his Taylor Gang danced and mouthed the lyrics to such hits that featured Nate, such as “The Next Episode,” before breaking into “Xxplosive,” after which he said: “Rest in peace, Nate Dogg.”
