In preparation for the release of his solo debut, Give The Drummer Some, which is in stores now, Travis Barker threw an art show/listening party in Los Angeles last week (March 9), where fans were given the opportunity to listen to his album before it dropped and check out huge canvases of the artwork the drummer had created for every track on the album.
Throughout the evening, fans, celebrity friends, and everyone in between enjoyed music, sipped cocktails, and checked out the album’s artwork; before Travis hit a mini stage with the Transplants in tow for a surprise performance.
Of course, we were in the house, and captured the festivities via photos (see them above). Also in the building was “Fantasy Factory” receptionist Chanel, DJ Muggs, Rakaa Iriscience (Dilated Peoples), Kid Cudi, the Famous Stars & Straps crew, Mix Master Mike, REBEL8 founder Joshy D, Skinhead Rob, and many others.
Give The Drummer Some is out now. Order your copy at Amazon.com.
