While English singer/songwriter Adele dominated this week’s Billboard 200, selling over 350,000 of her new album 21, many of the usual suspects are still holding on to the chart’s top 10 positions.
Slaughterhouse’s Joell Ortiz also makes an appearance with his latest solo project.
Following Adele, Bruno Mars landed at the #6 spot this week with Doo-Wops & Hooligans selling 37,000 copies.
Then, at #7, Eminem’s Recovery with 34,000, slipping one spot from last week; Rihanna’s Loud fell two positions to #8 this week with 33,000; and Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday held steady at #9 with just under 33,000 sold this week.
Closing out the top tier is Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, coming in at no. 18 with 16,000 sold, bringing its total to just over 1.04 million.
Much later down the rankings is Joell Ortiz’s Free Agent, selling nealry 4,000 copies in its opening week to land at #148.
