Charles Barkley, Dwyane Wade’s T-Mobile Commercial: ‘Chucks Remix’

We caught this hilarious new T-Mobile commercial while watching a game recently, and had to post it up for you guys.

For T-Mobile’s new ad campaign, they enlisted Spike Lee to direct, and welcomed back their main endorsers, Dwyane Wade and Charles Barkley. In this new clip, titled “Chuck’s Remix,” a video clip of Barkley’s commentary gets passed around, remixed by Cool & Dre, and re-touched by players and fans around the country, turning Charles into an overnight viral sensation with a hit single.

Hilarious! It launched Christmas Day via games on ESPN and ABC.

  1. This is the Dunkadelic-era of basketball & hip-hop growing to another level. Charles Barkley was a member of the 1984 NBA Draft with Michael Jordan, Hakeem Olajuwon, and John Stockton. 1984 was also the same year that Rick Rubin and Russell Simmons formed Def Jam. This is a great Dunkadelic moment in sports pop-culture!
