The beef between Beanie Sigel and his former label boss Jay-Z has been brewing for some time now. Dating back to last year, when the Philadelphia rapper dropped a track targeting Hov called “I Ain’t Ya Average Cat.”
Well, Sigel was back at it again, dissing Jay on stage during a performance with former labelmate Freeway in Baltimore.
According to TheBoomBox.com, the rapper and his hypeman launched their own rendition of R. Kelly’s “Bump and Grind” at Sonar in Baltimore recently, comparing Jay to a retiring Michael Jordan, threatening to “Make ’em fudge their Jordans”.
“Lost the Best of Both Worlds, you could of called R. Kelly / Mister 2-3, since he’s got the arch already, you supposed to pass that Roc when the ball got heavy / Instead he’s getting picked at half court already / He 45 and playing for the Wizards already,” Sigel rapped.
He continued airing our his problems with Jay, before a few jabs toward Jay’s friend and hypeman Memphis Bleek.
“I’m a nightmare and will show up in your dreams like Freddy / Sigel, Desert Eagle Arc heavy, already / N****s is running scared already / Memph Bleek peed the sheets and leave the bed all wetty.”
