Electro inspired hip-hop duo, Chiddy Bang, announced this week the launch of The Swelly Life Tour, extending the run of their successful first US headline tour in June.
After several sold out shows along the west coast in support of their buzzed about first single, “Opposite Of Adults,” more dates have been added throughout the mid-west and east coast.
Joining Chiddy will be XXL Freshman 10 alum Donnis, XV and Bad Rabbits.
The tour will consist of 12 stops. It kicks off on August 4th in Pittsburgh and ends on September 2nd in their hometown of Philadelphia at the Theatre Of Living Arts.
Adding to their string of high profile festival appearances at Glastonbury and Wireless, Chiddy Bang will also make their US festival debut at Lollapalooza before heading to the UK for the storied Reading and Leeds festivals.
In between tour dates they will be performing with the likes of B.O.B and Kesha at various radio shows throughout the country.
Their buzzing single “Opposite of Adults” is currently at Rhythm and Top 40 Radio. Both the single and EP of the same title are currently available on iTunes.
Chiddy Bang’s debut album, The Swelly Life, will be released later this summer through Virgin Records/EMI Music. Currently in the finishing stages, the album features contributions from Pharrell and Q-Tip amongst others.
