While former 2 Live Crew frontman Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell is set to be honored by VH1’s Hip-Hop Honors ceremony this, his daughter is calling him out.
In a viral video, released to WorldStarHipHop.com, Campbell’s daughter Lacresha put the southern hip-hop veteran on blast for being a deadbeat, amongst other things.
If you remember, Lacresha was featured on her father’s short-lived reality show, “Luke’s Parental Advisory.” Now, she’s claiming the show was all a facade, masking Campbell’s real relationship with his children, which she says is non-existent.
“He is not a good father. He’s an a**hole,” Lacresha says in the video clip. “Let me just tell you, from my opinion, that show was wack and I was on it!”
As Luke’s daughter continued her rant, she alleges a history of abuse and even says Luke kicked her and her mother out when she was just three years old.
“Luke used to beat my mom,” she continued. “Abuse? Yes. That was him. He even like shot her in the leg I think. I don’t know. But still, he used to beat her down ’til she couldn’t even move or walk.
At the age of three, he kicked me and my mother out the house. What kind of father is that? When my sister turns 18, he kicked her out, because he said she needed to fend for herself,” Lacresha added.
Lecresha claims that Uncle Luke has five kids. However, only claims one of them, and the rest … well, doesn’t take care of them to say the least.
“We have like five brothers and sisters, and he only claims one. My little brother Luther is going through so much right now, and he really needs his father. He’s not there,” she said. “He texts my mom and tells her to send Luther to a homeless shelter. Your son needs you, you little f***er. What the hell?”
Lacresha ends her video by plugging a project/show with a company called Pink Sneakers Productions, and claims she will reveal more of Luke’s baggage in the weeks to come.
At press time, Luke had yet to address the allegations. Stay tuned…
