Kanye West has been holed up in Hawaii working on his next solo album, Good Ass Job. Sometime during his tropical vacation, he’s decided to sell his Los Angeles home.
According to Rap-Up.com, the rapper/producer has listed his three-bedroom L.A. home for a reported $3.9 million.
In addition to three bedrooms, it boasts three and a half baths, panoramic views and is located in a trendy Hollywood Hills neighborhood, near the legendary Sunset Blvd.
Inside, Kanye has decorated the home with a mixture of art from the likes of Andy Warhol and Takashi Murakami; as well as paintings of characters from the “The Jetsons” cartoon; several stuffed animals; a life-sized Buzz Light Year statue, a character from the animated “Toy Story” films; and another painting of the character of fast food chain, Bob’s Big Boy.
At press time, it was unknown why West decided to sell the property. However, he reportedly owns a place in New York City.
Good Ass Job still has no release date.
