Pop sensation Justin Bieber holds on to no. 1 yet again on the Billboard 200, but others are still moving on the charts, including Gucci Mane’s new official mixtape release, which broke the top 20.
Electro-pop duo MGMT had the top debut this week with Congratulations, arriving at no. 2 with 66,000 sold. It’s their debut album and is the best week ever for the alternative act, said Billboard.com.
Last week’s no. 2 album, Usher’s Raymond v Raymond, descended two spots to no. 4 with 64,000; while Lady Gaga’s The Fame held firmly onto no. 7 with 32,000.
Later down the line is Ke$ha’s Animal roars, climbing from no. 16 to no. 8 this week, after the album was featured in Best Buy’s circular advertisement last week and discounted in iTunes’ Music Store for $7.99. Her “Saturday Night Live” performance also helped as well.
Closing out the Billboard 200 top 10 this week is Monica’s Still Standing, down three spots to No. 9 with 30,000.
Outside the top tier we have Sade’s Soldier of Love landing at no. 12 with 25,000, then Ludacris’ Battle of the Sexes at no. 13 with just shy of 25,000.
As for new releases, Gucci Mane’s official mixtape release, Burrrprint  HD, debuted at no. 19 with 19,000 sold.
Then, in at no. 84 is Murs & 9th Wonder’s collaborative effort, Fornever, selling 5,400 copies.

According to Billboard.com, overall album sales in this past chart week (ending April 18) totaled 5.46 million units, up 3% compared to the sum last week (5.27 million) and down 14% compared to the comparable sales week of 2009 (6.36 million).
