Skee.TV Partners With, Launches Contest With T-Pain

Los Angeles-based DJ Skee upped his portfolio recently, when his Skee.TV production house acquired popular video site, which allows its users to upload videos showcasing their best dance moves and routines for the world to see.

Via the new partnership, Skee.TV will now be responsible for the site’s overall creative direction — including all day-to-day operations, overseeing all content, featuring and reviewing videos and managing the site community.

“We are excited to bring the DanceJam community another opportunity to launch a professional dance career and live the dream,” said Skee.TV founder, DJ Skee.

“We have found a great partner in DJ Skee and his team at Skee.TV to take to the next level” added Greg Morrow, COO and Founder of Grind Networks.

Skee’s first order of biz was bringing superstar T-Pain aboard to host a contest called “Blood, Sweat and Dance” to search for new dancers for his upcoming tour.

The singer is searching for one male and two female dancers for his upcoming tour in support of his next album, rEVOLVEr.

“I wanted to find some fresh dancers for my upcoming tour, but not through the usual channels,” said T-Pain. “This time I wanted to do an open call for anyone and everyone to submit videos and was the obvious choice to partner up with.”

Live now, dancers across the nation can upload their best dance videos to for a chance to win and go on a world tour with T-Pain.

The contest ends on February 16th, and the winners will be announced on February 22nd.

DJ Skee founded his Skee.TV production house in 2007. Since its launch, the company has produced video projects for a variety of different companies, as well as major music videos. Some of the videos under its belt includes The Game’s “Dope Boys,” Soulja Boy’s “Turn My Swag On,” and The New Boyz “You’re A Jerk,” among others.
