Producer Madlib and rapper MF DOOM are teaming up again for a collaborative album, following up their critically acclaimed 2004’s disc, Madvilliany.
In a recent interview with The New Yorker, DOOM revealed that he and Madlib were back in the lab crafting the new album, reports XXL.
Both artists have been hard at work as of late. DOOM dropped Born Like This, his first solo album since 2004’s MM … Food, while Madlib helped produce the majority of Mos Def’s latest disc, The Ecstatic.
While fans await the release of the new project, the duo are set to hit the stage at the 4th annual We The People Festival, doing down in Los Angeles November 21. For more info, visit WeThePeopleFestival.com.
