Wu-Tang inspired tees
While the legendary Wu-Tang Clan are wrapping up their European tour, RZA and his crew served as an inspiration for various new lines. Manifest reunited with classic albums like Iron Flag and The Wu to design a C.R.E.A.M. tee and a shirt that features the names of each group member, while Ghostface Killah himself visited Hoodman Clothing and DownsideUp NYC to give some input and approve their creations — of which Ghost signed some limited pieces. Hoodman’s first design, 718 Banger, reps NYC’s outer-boroughs with a backdrop of Shaolin’s Verrazano Bridge on the back, and the trademark vial from The Big Doe Rehab with them crispy Benjamins. On their second creation Hoodman threw on the first Wu bar to hit your eardrums — “Ghostface, catch the blast of a hype verse!” One of Ghost’s original photos decks out the front. The collaborative effort between Ghost and Downside Up NYC is called Starks, which has been hand signed and numbered to 125 pieces total.

Nike “McFly” Hyperdunk
Nike and Kobe Bryant recently launched the Nike Hyperdunk, Nike’s lightest and strongest basketball shoe ever and one of the many superior, lightweight performance product innovations the company unveiled to support athletes from over 100 countries who will compete for gold in 32 sports in Beijing this summer. “Our performance product for Beijing is some of the best work Nike has ever done,” said Nike President and CEO Mark Parker. The Hyperdunk is the future of basketball footwear. At only 13.0 ounces, the Nike Hyperdunk is 18 percent lighter than the average Nike basketball shoe. Kobe runs an average of 2.5 miles a game—less weight on his feet means more energy on the court. The Hyperdunk combines two new Nike innovations: Flywire technology and Lunarlite foam. Flywire redefines footwear construction, shaving off weight and adding strength, allowing athletes to be lighter on their feet and faster on the track and on the court. Lunarlite foam features a unique cell structure making it lightweight and ultra responsive as a cushioning system. Quite simply, the revolutionary Hyperdunk delivers all the support you need on the court with the least amount of weight. Jump higher. Cut sharper. React faster. Be more explosive. The Hyperdunk represents the future, and the future begins in this year’s playoffs. The Hyperdunk is available in various color ways. For more information visit Nike.com.
