After weeks of speculation and rumors, Jadakiss has officially inked a solo deal with Jay-Z’s Roc-A-Fella Records.

Jay-Z confirmed the rumors during his show at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom on Sunday (November 11), bringing Kiss on stage to make the announcement.

The Yonkers MC’s next solo album will be a joint venture between Roc-A-Fella and Ruff Ryders, and is due out in 2008.

The as yet untitled project will be Kiss’ third solo album, following 2004’s Kiss Of Death.

In related news, Jadakiss’ group, The Lox, are also working on moving over to Def Jam.
