Ciara has recently signed on to become the new face of Jay-z’s Rocawear women’s line, and will be featured in upcoming ad campaigns.
The new campaign, titled “I Will Not Lose,” will feature testimonials by individuals who have overcome various hardships — including a speech by Amy Steele, editor of the Virginia Tech’s college newspaper.
“I love Rocawear. The clothes are so cute. The stuff is great. I am so happy to be able to do the campaign,” Ciara told US Magazine.
The 21-year-old pop star celebrated the new deal in New York on Wednesday night (May 16) by having dinner with Jay-z and rapper Young Jeezy.
The campaign featuring the singer is slated to launch later this year.
