Chicago rapper Naledge, of the duo Kidz In The Hall, was arrested early Saturday morning (July 26) at a nightclub in Tempe, Arizona, and charged with suspicion of interfering with a police investigation.
According to local media, the 25-year-old rapper (real name: Jabari Miles Evans) was taken into custody after police repeatedly asked him to leave, but to no avail.
The police were called to Cherry Lounge & Pit following a fight, which is rumored to have involved Naledge's group member, Double-O, and bouncers from the club.
Police, however, could not confirm these reports.
HipHopDX reports that Naledge was taking photos of the fight, which prompted police to demand he be removed.
Naledge was taken to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked on suspicion of violating a city code of obstructing justice.
He was later released after posting $500 bail.
The Kidz In The Hall are currently on the road for the Rock The Bells music festival, which also includes headliners Nas, A Tribe Called Quest and Mos Def.
