Nelly has been tapped by Diddy to be the first ever spokesmodel Sean John Underwear line.

According to the St. Louis Business Journal, the St. Louis rapper will appear in an upcoming ad campaign doning Sean John underwear from a house overlooking Los Angeles, California.

According to Diddy, he hired Nelly because the rapper fits the image of the Sean John man.

"To me, Nelly is the quintessential definition of the Sean John man," Diddy said. "He has the attitude, the swagger and most of all, the physique that our customers can both aspire and relate to."

Additionally, the Bad Boy Entertainment CEO hopes the images of Nelly in his underwear will make the ladies melt.

"And let's be honest, all of the ladies out there are going to be thanking us for this campaign," he added. "The images are so strong; they speak for themselves."

While terms of the deal were not disclosed, the print campaign will launch this fall and features the collection's underwear basics and loungewear.
