Kanye West angered a lot of his fans Sunday night (June 15) when his set at Bonnaroo, a music festival in Tennessee, was delayed for nearly two hours.

According to reports, the Chi-Town rapper was scheduled to take the main stage at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival at 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning, but after several announced delays, he didn't hit the stage until around 4:25 a.m. By then, most fans were asleep.

Fans in the crowd were so upset, chants "Kanye sucks" echoed through the venue, and glow sticks pelted the empty stage.

The delay was reportedly caused by problems setting up West's elaborate stage set, which included an interplanetary landscape of a wavy black platform with a slanted floor in the middle and a video screen above.

West's performance followed Pearl Jam's, and basically, the crew had the task of unload the rock band's stage, and loading the West stage. By the way, Pearl Jam went an hour past its scheduled end time, said reports.

As far as we know, West didn't address the delay on stage, and as of press time, he didn't address it -- as he usually does -- via his official blog.

Yo. You guys need to chill. How can you boo an artist that has been through so much in his lifetime, especially recently.I recently saw Mr. West in Moline and it was amazing. His performance was among my top 5 concerts. He is a true entertainer that yes can be arrogant sometimes but he is just trying to be the best. When Muhammad Ali said that he is the greatest...we did not all agree at the time but realized later that he was just trying to be the legend that he is today. Mr. West is just trying to do the same thing. As a spectator at an event such as the Bonnaroo Festival with many acts, you have to expect delays especially when one goes over their time slot. So instead of being angry, you should be understanding. As a performer myself, you need to have everything working in order for the show to go on in a way that is in deserving of your money. Have some Respect. Rome wasnt built in a day...greatness and perfection takes time. Be patient and you might understand the values in that.

Kanye needs to chill with that arrogance, the same thing that made you like him will turn you off against him. It's nothin wrong with believing in oneself but don't disrespect the public with childish behavoir, like they say your only as good as your last perfomance.

I was at this show. I waited with my sister for about 15 minutes. Chali 2 na was playing at another stage, and when a Jurassic 5 song came on while waiting for Kanye, we got pissed and left to see the REAL thing. We came back and watched Kanye's lame excuse for a performance. Pearl Jam should have continued playing. I heard Kayne wanted their time slot. Stupid piece of crap. I think Kanye West sucks (I own 2 CDs but no more of that!) and so do the 80,000 other people who were at Bonnaroo.

2 hours? I think I would've went home by then. lol! That is ridiculous and the fact he didn't bother addressing the situation was tacky. He shouldn't bite the hand that feeds him!!!
