ATL rapper Ludacris recently said that he's taking the plunge into the reality TV world, revealing that he's doing a show with rocker Tommy Lee.
Via an interview with Complex.com, the rapper explained that the show is an eco-friendly reality show where Tommy and he will compete to see who can show the world how to be more environmentally correct.
"The whole reality show is pretty much a competition between him and myself in an entertaining way, trying to get people to become more eco-friendly and not tell people that they should or that they must," said the rapper. "It's more telling people that they could and they can do little things to help out."
The entire idea of Luda and Tommy together is a bit odd. However, Luda says he was surprised about how cool the former Motley Crue member was when he met him.
"Tommy Lee, after getting to know him, I think that he's a really, really cool, down-to-earth guy," explained Luda. "Crazy as hell, in a good way. I mean, he's been in this music industry longer than I can imagine, so I'm learning things along the way. But what's most important is that we feel we are doing our part in saving the planet."
According to TreeHugger.com, the show will air on Planet Earth and is called "Battleground Earth."
The pair has been traveling across the country filming the 10-episode show.
It is slated to premiere in August.
