Woman Set To Testify She Had Threesome With R. Kelly & Alleged Underage Girl

A woman is set to testify at R. Kelly's forever pending child-pornography trial, where she will reveal that she had a threesome with the singer and the, at the time, alleged underage girl in the main videotape in question.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the defense will argue that the alleged victim, now in her 20s, is not the girl on the tape, while the new witness will identify the girl -- and also testify she was underage.

The alleged victim will also reportedly testify as well.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin in the long-delayed trial this Friday (May 9).

The singer (real name: Robert Kelly) was originally charged with 21 counts of child pornography in 2002, but several were dropped. The charged stem from a videotape which allegedly shows Kelly engaging in sexual acts with a girl prosecutors said was 14 years old at the time.

He has pleaded not guilty, but could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
