Toni Braxton Cancels Las Vegas April Shows

Toni Braxton is recovering after being hospitalized earlier this month, but her Las Vegas show has been canceled for the rest of the month.

According to reports, 40-year-old Braxton is undergoing tests after her April 7 hospitalization for chest pain. The cause of the paid hasn't been made public yet. But, according to the Associated Press, she has been treated in the past for pericarditis, a viral inflammation of the heart.

She was released from the hospital the day after.

The Flamingo Las Vegas says her shows are canceled, and the singer will take a break, in the midst of a two-year run at the hotel. Shows will resume on May 6.

The hotel and casino is offering refunds for the canceled shows.
