While Soulja Boy enjoys four consecutive weeks at the top of the singles chart with his single "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" and the no. 3 album in the country with SouljaBoyTellEm.com, another artist with a pretty similar name is looking to spoil his fun.

As reported by TMZ.com, a rapper who also goes by the moniker Souljah Boy -- expect with an "h" at the end -- is claiming the teen pop rapper is infringing his name, since he's had it for nearly 12 years.

This other Souljah Boy was a part of the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony offshoot, Mo Thugs, during the 90s, and tells TMZ that he was "stunned" when DeAndre Way (Soulja Boy's real name), Interscope and Collipark decided to "infringe and misappropriate his name."

Soulja Boy's rep said that they have yet to be contacted about the name confusion, but pointed out that technically Soulja Boy's full artist name is Soulja Boy Tell 'Em.

Stay tuned as this story develops.
