The Charts: Shop Boyz Can't Break Into Top 10, Despite Hot Single

It was a slow week for urban releases, with rock bands like Bon Jovi and The White Strips topping this week's charts, but there were a few nice debuts and artists still in the top 20.
Although they've blazed the singles and ringtone charts with "Party Like A Rockstar," the Shop Boyz' debut couldn't break into the top 10, missing it by one spot. Rockstar Mentality comes in at no. 11, moving 52,000 copies.
Jive Records' Huey who bows at no. 14 with his Notebook Paper album in its first, selling 49,000 copies, while Chrisette Michele's I Am debuts at no. 26 with 29,000 sold.
In Fabolous' second week, From Nothin' to Somethin' dipped from no. 2 to no. 9 with 58,000 units scanned, and T-Pain's sophomore effort Epiphany slides down to no. 10 with 56,000 sold in its third week on the charts.
Rihanna's Gone Bad also dove down two slits to no. 12, with 51,000 copies this week, putting her total at 295,000. Amy Winehouse's Universal Republic album, Back To Black, goes from no. 10 to no. 7, despite a decrease in sales this week or just 62,000.
Rockers Linkin Park stays at no. 6 with their Minutes to Midnight, selling 63,100 copies.
Coming in at no. 175 is Deborah Cox's Destination Moon, which racked up sales of more than 4,500.
According to Billboard.com, album sales are down 7.1% from last week's total at 8.90 million units and down 5.2% compared to the same week last year. Overall album sales for the year are down 15% compared to last year at 221 million units.
