Model/Singer Mayra Veronica Inks Multi-Million Dollar Record Deal

Known as one of the world's leading sex symbols, as described by FHM in the 2007 Sexiest Women list, model Mayra Veronica is poised to prove that she has more to offer than just a curvaceous body. In fact, she is a talented singer, who has recently inked a multi-million dollar deal with Coalition Music Group (CMG)/Universal Motown.
After being discovered, following a steamy FHM spread that has made her an almost household name, Veronica has parlayed her men’s' magazine success into a buzz that had labels beating down her door to sign her.
Her image and notoriety even inspired a video character made in her likeness for the popular game, "Def Jam Icon," which also included characters like Ludacris, Fat Joe, and 50 Cent.
The single from her independently released album, Mamma Mia, topped the charts and caught the attention of Mr. Luis Navarro, Chairman and CEO of CMG/Universal Motown, who was determined to sign the sexy singer after hearing it.

Teaming up with CMG as VP of Marketing and Radio is industry guru, Carlos "Tone Capone" Acosta (a marketing powerhouse who has worked with R. Kelly, Mobb Deep, Pitbull, Ying Yang Twins and Justin Timberlake).
When asked about her new home at CMG, Mayra replied, "It's definitely a dream come true."
