Snoop Dogg was arrested in London on Wednesday (April 26) after a brawl broke out at Heathrow Airport.
According to MTV Europe, the rapper was detained by police after his entourage of 30 caused trouble upon being refused entry into a first-class lounge at the airport.
When police were called in to escort the rapper and his entourage out of the airport, they began arguing with staff and throwing bottles of whiskey on the floor.
Seven officers reportedly suffered minor injuries with one suffering a fracture in his hand.
"At approximately [6 p.m.] on Wednesday, police were alerted to a group of approximately 30 people causing a disturbance in a business lounge at Terminal 1 of Heathrow Airport," according to a police report on the incident supplied to MTV News by Scotland Yard. "We understand that the group had been told by an airline that they would not be permitted to board a flight. Officers attended the scene and attempted to direct the group to baggage reclaim. Members of the group then became abusive and pushed officers."
MTV Europe reports that Snoop and five members of his entourage were arrested and charged with violent disorder and affray, and were taken to London police headquarters where they remained in custody Thursday (April 27).
Snoop was on his way to Johannesburg, South Africa, for a show.
