No Limit Records have been rather quiet as of late, but The Smoking Gun (TSG) has revealed some dirt from the label's two prolific players -- Master P and brother Silkk The Shocker.
According to TSG, the brothers were arrested last Thursday (January 27) while in Los Angeles, California. Master P (real name: Percy Miller) and Silkk The Shocker (real name: Vyshonn Miller) were both hit with felony weapons possession counts.
The two were driving adjacent to the UCLA campus in a leased Chrysler 300, when police pulled over the vehicle because it had no license plates. Upon approaching the vehicle, police observed a gun near the driver's seat and commenced to search the rest of vehicle, finding another weapon stashed beneath the passenger seat.
Both rappers were arrested and charged for felony weapons possession. Two other individuals were present, but were not arrested.
Master P and Silkk were booked at the L.A. Sheriff's Department, and released on $35,000 bond.
The brothers will be arraigned March 30 at the Felony Arraignment Division in the Airport Courthouse of Los Angeles Superior Court.
Master P has been living in Los Angeles recently, producing a TV show starring his son, Lil' Romeo, as well as directing movies.
