Emmy Award winning make-up artist, Kylie Bell, has filed a lawsuit against rapper Snoop Dogg, claiming that he and four other associates raped her after a taping of the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" show in January 2003.
According to The Smoking Gun, Bell applied make-up for Snoop from January 28-30 in Snoop's dressing room in the El Capitan Theater. During that time period Snoop and his associates allegedly sexually assaulted her.
She is seeking $25 million in damages.
Others named in the suit are ABC, Jimmy Kimmel's show and the Walt Disney Company.
Bell alleges that she was incapacitated after drinking what she was told was champagne in Snoop's dressing room. She also says that the network is responsible for the rape because Snoop's dressing room was stocked with large quantities of champagne and marijuana, and even complained that Snoop himself was snorting cocaine on the final night he co-hosted the show with Kimmel.
According to the Allhiphop.com, Kimmel's show and ABC has started to pay her living expenses.
In December 2004, the rapper filed a lawsuit of his own, claiming the women and her legal counsel attempted to extort $5 million from him in exchange for concealing the alleged assault.
