After the major success of his first DVD, titled "Beef," film maker QDIII is gearing up for the sequel.
"Beef II" is the second in the series, which documents the beefs in today's hip-hop industry. It will feature interviews and commentary from artists, journalists, managers and lawyers involved in industry beefs.
Artists such as 50 Cent, D12, Redman, Method Man, Canibus, Royce Da 5'9", KRS-One, Nelly, Davey D, Kevin Powell and Afeni Shakur will be among those featured.
And it will also include exclusive archival footage of Eminem, LL Cool J, Westside Connection and Cypress Hill, among others.
While the first DVD exposed a lot of new and past beefs in the throughout hip-hop, the second doesn't stray away from their formula. It will still focus on what fans love most -- controversial quarrels between rappers.
Beef has proven to be the driving factor in artists' careers. Although some of the beefs you hear about may be created for publicity, some of these exchange of words are genuine and "Beef II" goes in-depth into why they started beefs.
The DVD is 1 hour and 6 minutes in length and is slated to hit stores August 31.
