Hate It Or Love It: Jay-Z Drops Entire Roc-A-Fella Roster?

Here I am, back again... Got some interesting info... well, interesting and sad.
So, is it me or has Jay-Z ever mad a star out of anyone ever signed to Roc-A-Fella Records? Before you say Kanye West, let me say this: Kanye had to prove himself for years before he was able to come out. In fact, his first hit single, "Through The Wire," he filmed the video out of own pocket and pushed it on his own before the Roc got behind him.
Instead of Kanye though, who else? Hmm Bleek? Beans? These guys aren't stars. Maybe Cam'ron, but Jay wasn't really ever down with Cam, as far as I know.
Throughout his career, apart from his time at Def Jam where he signed a slew of artists, all of which didn't really break, he's never really been able to put anyone on and make them household names like he's done himself.
With that said, is the Roc coming to an end?
Peedi Peedi, formerly Peedi Crakk, just dropped a diss track toward the God MC and although he's currently an artist on the Roc-A-Fella roster, according to their official website, he's telling MediaTakeout.com, he's not... And neither are any of the other artists.
On Peedi's official MySpace page, the rapper placed an spoof image of Jay-Z's Kingdom Come album, which shows a camel instead of Jay-Z's face (anyone not aware, the internet kids been calling Jay a camel for sometime now).
Peedi said that his recent diss is in response to Jay dropping everybody on the Roc's roster and did it without telling them face-to-face... Wow, that's cold and cowardly if you ask me.
Here's what Peedi told MediaTakeout: "I put the Camel Face [EXPLETIVE] out as a reaction to Jay-Z dropping everybody from Roc-A-Fella recently ... He set up a meeting to have a one-on-one talk with all of us. As opposed to having the one-on-one meeting, he sent an A&R from Def Jam to break the news .. which was a ho move to me."
While Peedi wasn't completely sure of his statement, he continued, "I [think] Jay-Z dropped everyone... But I'm not sure exactly who he dropped. The A&R said, 'There's no more Rocafella Records and you're all free to leave.'"
Now if this is true, it only further backs up my previous stated opinion. Jay-Z does not have the power to make another star, and/or just doesn't care about anyone, but himself.
Sure, Beans and others on the Roc had a lot of potential, but their times have come and gone, and now, if the Roc is done, it may have been their last chance. Good thing Dame got out while he could!
