Ohhh la la. Kim Kardashian bears it all for Playboy.
Although we've all scene the past sex tape with then boyfriend Ray J (see "Vivid Entertainment Releasing Ray J, Kim Kardashian Sex Tape"), but as her fame grew, everyone (including me) has been obessed with Kim K's quite large round backside.
