What up Ballerstatus and big ups to Jay for lettin' me get my blog on here.

Had a listening session with 247hh.com, Red Bull, and NASCAR in the Chi yesterday, which was off the hook. NASCAR came through with their Red Bull street legal car and I got to roll up to the venue, The Bassment, in it and even had the driver pull a few donuts in the middle of the street, so we definitely gave the fans a nice little show to start off the listening session.
The car is real crazy and like any NASCAR, it doesn't have any doors, so I had jump in and out of the window and definitely showed some people that even though I'm a bigger dude that I can move. I'm really into cars and all, so to get a chance to roll up in a NASCAR was real hot.

I get a chance to take the car out on the track today, so they gonna be takin' me on a 200 mph ride that I'll definitely enjoy. A lot of media and fans came through to support the album and it was definitely lots of positive energy during the event and after it. I played a few cuts off the album and definitely didn't see any disappointed faces, definitely takin' it back to the street element Adrenaline Rush was based around to give the fans what got them hooked ten years ago.

People were definitely feelin' "Pimp Like Me," which is my track for the jukers and house fans. The track's got a hard juke beat, which my producer Cuzo aka Tight Mike cooked up and when we played it in the parking lot outside the venue, we had a few people showin' their footwork off, so trust me when I say that this cut is definitely gonna make some noise in the clubs, especially in cities like Chicago where the juke and footwork movement is getting' larger. Even when we let this track loose in the listening session, we had people tryin' to get their juke on even though there wasn't much room and it was hot as hell in there.

I gave the fans and critics a little taste of my new track with Kanye West and I'm pretty sure everyone could feel that Twista and Kanye connection like they felt on our older tracks. Kanye came with a different sounding beat this time, so I got a chance to try a delivery that's a little different than what I usually do and it turned out hot. That's what producers like Kanye West and Pharrell can do, they can make you try new things and make sure it's hot, so big ups to them for making me think differently about my delivery on their tracks.

Then I got "Creep," which features T-Pain, which definitely is a bangin' track, which I know a lot of people were feelin'. My in-house producer, Toxic, killed it on that track with this guitar melody and T-Pain added some of his style to the track too. When I say that this album is Adrenaline 2007, I mean it is an evolved version of Adrenaline Rush and when you hear "Creep" or "Pimp Like Me," you're gonna know exactly what I mean by that.

I also got a track on the album with R. Kelly called "Love Rehab," which is the cut on the album that I did for the ladies. I think the last album had a few tracks which were for the ladies, but since I'm taking it back to the streets with this album, I had to make sure I didn't totally leave the women behind, so this is for them and R. Kelly comes real strong on this track as usual.

Those are some of the highlights of the album, although that's definitely not all of it, but I'll share more about the album as we go along. The event was real hot and it's great to be able to start off in your hometown, but I definitely wanna be able to bring an event like this to my fans in more cities, so I'll definitely keep y'all posted on when things go down in other cities.

There were some questions and comments from last week and I can't go through all of them, but I do want to respond to a few. Risky Biz wanted to know when the next Speedknot Mobstaz album is droppin' and it's gonna be comin' out next year in February. The album is done, but we're making sure all the business is straight and that we do things real big with this project, so that the Mobstaz get back out there and do it big like with the first album. But Liffy Stokes, Mayz, and me will be back together with Mobstability 2: Nation Business early next year. The first single's gonna be "Gangstaz Don't Dance" and the album will be comin' out on the new label, Get Money Gang (GMG), so we got our own label poppin' off now and we got some new talent we wanna put out there.

Cali-D made a comment about keepin' his fingers crossed for "Ovadose Pt 2" bein' on the album and I just want to comment on that cuz a lot of people wanna know about it. There won't be an "Ovadose Pt 2" on the album, but I'm working on it right now and I'm gonna put it out there soon just for all my fans who really want it. Some people have been askin' me if Traxster gonna be on the new album too, but we reached out to Trax and the business just didn't fall into place, so Trax ain't gonna be on the album, but my producers Toxic and Cuzo definitely bringin' that Chicago sound to the album.

Rex H. Franks wanted to know how I felt about how the last album, The Day After, was received. The album got love, but it just happened that the album dropped at a time when downloadin' really started becomin' big and the album dropped in October when there were other albums out and people weren't really buyin' albums at that time of year. The album still did well and was certified gold, so I thought we did well but I think it's time to take it back to the streets.

T-Boye asked me about the video for "Give It Up," which should be comin' out soon and is crazy. We got Hype Williams to direct the video and it's real colorful. There's all different colors and things in the video, so it's not just any other video, we made it real colorful and different for y'all. Got some pictures from the video shoot.

I'm sorry if I couldn't answer your questions or get back to you on what you said, but keep droppin' me some questions and I'll definitely hit you up.
