What up everyone, gotta throw it up to Ballerstatus for givin' me the chance to talk to everyone. Things been crazy with me right now cuz I'm tryin' to finish up my next album, Adrenaline Rush 2007, so that everything is perfect for all my fans. It's been 10 years since I dropped Adrenaline Rush, so it's an anniversary thing and it's going back to that street sound from the album. I really want to bring back that street Chicago sound like we had poppin' before cuz we had more radio tracks on The Day After because we were dealing with an A&R at that time that wanted more of that sound.
This time around though, I'm goin' back to that grimier sound that people first heard from me and I've got production from my in-house producers, Tight Mike and Toxic, and other producers like Kanye West and Pharrell. I got a few other artists makin' appearances on the album as well, like T-Pain, R. Kelly, Lil Wayne, Cee-lo, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, so I think the album's got a real nice feel to it. My track with R. Kelly, "Love Rehab," is definitely a hot track just cuz the two of us really got a crazy vibe with each other. I have a track that's definitely bringin' it back to the Chi called "Pimp Like Me" that's gonna really have the jukers and House fans all around the country goin' crazy. The track, "Ain't No Hoe," with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is a definite Midwest banger and the single, "Give It Up" featuring Pharrell, will be hittin' radio soon.
I got a listening session coming up in the Chi on Wednesday July 11th at The Bassment, so be on the lookout for a possible invite giveaway for those of you that are in Chicago. Nascar is holdin' it down with us at the listening session and will be brining one of their cars through, so I'll get a chance to wild out in it for a little bit. For everyone else, we'll be comin' around to your city soon too, so don't think we don't got love for y'all.
