Sports Talk: What's Wrong With The Celtics?

Who would've thought the Atlanta Hawks would be out playing the Boston Celtics? When I was watching Game 6 Friday night (May 2), it made me realize that the Celtics are not the powerhouse team we have been seeing all season. Instead, they are a team that lacks killer instinct and dependable bench play.
Although they held the best record in the NBA, they never played the same team three times in a row. The Celtics obviously have three of the most talented players in the NBA at their positions in K.G. (Kevin Garnett), Ray Allen and Paul Pierce. Those three players are the only reason the Celtics have the best record in the NBA, not because of there bench coming through in the clutch or the coaching genius of Doc Rivers. It was the play of there big three.
However, in the playoffs you need everyone to step up and you also need strategic coaching because you are going to play the same team at least four times, so your coaches have to be able to make the necessary adjustments to keep the other team on their toes and that is what the Celtics are not able to do.
The Celtics might get past the Hawks, but if they expect to get past the 2nd round, the Celtic coaching staff needs to get creative with what they got because I'm sure the East has taken note of their performance with the Hawks, and their inability to adjust in a crunch time situation.
