Diddy recently revealed that he will be following up the success of his men's fragrance Unforgivable with a limited edition version called Unforgivable Multi Platinum.
The new version follows up the 2006 launch of the cologne, which became of the top of the year. He calls it the luxury version.
"In the world of fragrances, perfumes and colognes, the actual products we use are based on `the juice.' There are different grades of `juice,'" the music mogul told the Associated Press. "This is the luxury version."
Unforgivable Multi Platinum will retail for $65 for 2.5 ounces, $10 more than the original and will only be available for a limited time.
The AP reports that the fragrance has hints of bergamot and iris, which may be a bit more subtle than consumers would expect the 37-year-old rapper, but he says his style is evolving with age.
"I think a lot of my Sean John stuff is understated, and my style evolution has become more elegant. ... I'm more in the luxury lane now," he told the AP.
Diddy plans to follow the new men's cologne with Unforgivable Woman this fall. It will have notes of bergamot, grapefruit and pina colada, said the AP.
