Rick Ross dropped his ninth album this week, Rather You Than Me, and on it, he takes some jabs at hip-hop peers Nicki Minaj and Birdman.

On the opening cut, titled "Apple of My Eye," the MMG BAWSE addresses Meek Mill's break-up with Nicki, rapping: "I told Meek I wouldn't trust Nicki / Instead of beefing with your dog, you just give him some distance."

Interestingly, Meek referenced the lyric in an Instagram post from a week ago:

Rozay been told me don't trust you. 3.17.17 #ratheryouthanme

"Rozay been told me don't trust you," he wrote in the caption of a photo of himself alongside Ross, while promoting the new album.

It's still unclear why Meek and Nicki's broke up.

As for Birdman, Ross takes aim at him on "Idols Become Rivals", in which he explains how the hip-hop mogul has disappointed him, regarding the way he's handled financial issues with Lil Wayne.

"I pray you find the kindness in your heart for Wayne / His entire life, he gave you what there was to gain / I watched this whole debacle so I'm part to blame / Last request, can all producers please get paid," Ross raps.
