Lil Twist Gets 1 Year in Jail For Chris Massey Beating

Young Money artist Lil Twist has handed down a year sentence for his part in assaulting former Nickelodeon star Chris Massey back in 2014.

According to TMZ, appeared in court on Wednesday (Nov. 30), after pleading no contest to six charges, and was sentenced to a year in L.A. County lockup.

Twist was accused of allegedly breaking into the apartment of Chris Massey's brother Kyle in 2014, assaulting him and stealing his Rolex watch. He was eventually arrested this September, when a warrant was issued for failing to show for a court appearance.

Twist was facing as much as 10 years, but got a year after agreeing to a plea deal. He doesn't have to turn himself in until Feb. 3 and could be out as early as August 2017.
