Chris Brown Denied Entry Into Japan
Chris Brown's gun case is messing up his tour plans, as Japan official has denied him entry into the country.
According to TMZ, the singer applied for permission to enter the country on a working visa, but Japanese officials flagged him and denied him entry, due to the open investigation into a gun charge from last month.
Apparently, Japan has a low tolerance for admitting visitors with criminal backgrounds and open cases. He is scheduled to play the Tokyo International Forum on Sept. 26-27.
Late last month, Brown was involved in an hours-long standoff with the LAPD, after a woman claimed he pulled a gun on her while hanging out at his Tarzana, Calif. home. He was eventually arrested and released on $250,000 bail.
