When President Barack Obama leaves the White House in January, there's been speculation about what's next.

Well, press secretary Josh Earnest says that becoming an NBA owner might be an option, reports ESPN.

Earnest said this week that Obama has "discussed" being part of an ownership group for an NBA franchise. Earnest added that Obama would pursue the opportunity "potentially ... under the right circumstances."

The President has previously expressed interest in becoming an NBA owner, telling GQ in November that he "absolutely" would want to be part of an NBA ownership group.
