YG Video Shoot Halted When Gunfire Erupts in Compton
Rap star YG was shooting a music video with AD in Compton over the weekend, and gunfire sent everyone on the set running.
According to TMZ, the pair were shooting a video for "Thug" on Sunday afternoon (May 15), when production immediately halted when shot rang out.
Law enforcement called the shooting gang-related, though details were unknown. But, they did recover 30 shell casings from an AK-47 assault rifle and a handgun.
YG and his crew were briefly detained shortly after, but ultimately released. His camp tells TMZ he had no involvement in the shooting.
So far, there's been no arrests.
