Nike Pulls Endorsement Deal From Johnny Manziel

Johnny Manziel's downfall continues, as Nike pulls its deal with the free agent quarterback.

Nike spokesman Brian Strong confirmed with ESPN that Manziel is no longer associated with the brand.

He signed a multiyear with Nike back in March 2014, but apparently, the deal was terminated sometime after the recent NFL season.

The news surfaces days after Manziel's latest agent Drew Rosenhaus severed ties with the former Cleveland Browns quarterback.

Up until the start of the 2015 season, Nike had sold more Browns Manziel jerseys than those of any other player, reports ESPN. But, due to his off-field antics, many are losing faith in the young quarterback.

The Browns waived Manziel in March, after two failed seasons. He currently remains a free agent.
