Kendrick Lamar is arguably the most important artist out of the West Coast currently, after building an impressive catalog, beginning with 2012's good kid, m.A.A.d city.
This week, a short film for the album surfaced, directed by Kahlil Joseph, which many assume was supposed to accompany K.Dot's breakout debut,
Reports said that during the lead-up to the critically acclaimed album, the director approached the rapper and creating visual content for the album... but it was eventually shelved.
