Azealia Banks Disses Rihanna’s Video for “Work”
Azealia Banks threw some shade at Rihanna on Monday (Feb. 22), following the release of the video for her Drake-assisted single, "Work".
In a tweet, which has since been deleted, the Harlem rapper criticized the video, essentially calling it a Beyonce rip-off. "Work video reminds me of baby boy video with Sean Paul except not as fly," Banks wrote.
"Baby Boy" is Beyonce's hit single from 2003, which was featured on her Dangerously In Love album.
Rihanna's "Work" just hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, giving the pop star her 14th No. 1 -- the third most of all time, besting Michael Jackson.
