Suge Knight’s Visitation, Phone Access Revoked

Suge Knight

Suge Knight continues to remain jailed, while awaiting trial for last year's headline-grabbing murder. But, there's a recent development.

According to the AP, the former hip-hop mogul has had his visitation and phone access cut off by request of the sheriff's investigators.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge William C. Ryan ruled Friday (Jan. 29) that Knight can no longer receive mail, phone calls or visits from anyone besides his lawyers. And, his attorneys must visit him outside of regular visitation hours and, when talking over the phone, are not allowed to have a conference call or transfer the call to anyone.

Suge is facing murder charges for a hit-and-run incident that took place back in January 2015 following a visit to the set of the N.W.A biopic, Straight Outta Compton.

He's scheduled to appear in court Feb. 26 when his trial start date will be set.
