Pharrell Buys Back Control of Billionaire Boys Club Brand

Pharrell Williams regains control of his Billionaire Boys Club brand.

According to WWD, the musician and his partners have repurchased Iconix's 50% stake in BBC Ice Cream LLC, the parent company of his Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream brands.

However, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

A spokesperson for Pharrell said he reacquired the brands, with the vision to continue their expansion, growth and licensing opportunities.

Launched in 2003, BBC has became a favorite of celebrities and streetwear enthusiats, and is currently sold at boutiques and department stores worldwide, as well as online and the brand's flagship stores in New York City, London, and Tokyo.
