Powerball Swells To Over $1.3 Billion

Nobody hit the massive Powerball jackpot over the weekend, so you still have a chance. Lottery officials say the prize has now swelled to an estimated $1.3 billion -- the world's largest. Ever.

"Biggest jackpot in the history of the world. Absolutely confirmed," Texas Lottery executive director Gary Grief said, reports Yahoo.

The odds are against you though. The odds to win are one in 292.2 million. 75 percent of all the possible combinations were purchased before Saturday's drawing, Grief said. He expects that will about 80 percent by Wednesday.

About 95 percent of Powerball tickets have computer-generated numbers.
