Singer Natalie Cole Dead At 65
Legendary singer Natalie Cole has passed away. She was 65.
Reports said she died from congestive heart failure, though the underlying medical issues were complications from a kidney transplant and Hepatitis C.
Cole had been very sick as of late, which forced her to cancel several tour dates in late December including a New Year's Eve concert at Disney Hall in Los Angeles, reports TMZ.
Natalie struggled with substance abuse through the years and was plagued with health problems, such as liver disease in 2008, and also underwent chemo for Hepatitis C.
She's best known for hits such as "This Will Be" and "Unforgettable", which she performed as a virtual duet with dad Nat King Cole.
