Forbes breaks down the highest earners in music for 2015, and leading the way is pop star Katy Perry.

The singer earned an estimated $135 million in the past year, much of which was made on the road. Perry played 126 shows during the scoring period, earning $2 million per city throughout her "Prismatic" world tour. Endorsement deals from Claire's, Coty and Covergirl added to her earnings.

She is also the top-earning celebrity on the planet, behind Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.

Rounding off the Top 5 positions are One Direction ($130 million), Garth Brooks ($90 million), Taylor Swift ($80 million) and The Eagles ($73.5 million).
