Migos’ Offset Freed From Jail After 8 Months
Migos' third member Offset has been freed... after spending the last eight months before bars.
Fellow group members Takeoff and Quavo, along with Rich The Kid, celebrated outside court on Friday after Offset was freed. "YESS MY BOYS OUT!!!!!" Rich The Kid wrote on Instagram, alongside a video of Offset hanging with the crew.
Offset was held without bail after an arrest in April for drugs and weapons charges.
This week, he was freed as part of a plea deal, in which he pleaded guilty to inciting a riot in jail, while a battery charge was dropped. He was sentenced to five years probation and will receive credit for the 230 days he served in a Georgia facility.
Quavo and Takeoff were also arrested at the time, but were freed on bail. Both appeared in court and reached separate deals.
