Proceeds From Chris Brown’s “Royalty” Album Going To Charity
With his Royalty album coming in a few weeks, Chris Brown announces that a portion of the proceeds will go to children's charities.
The singer took to Instagram to make the announcement, saying that a dollar from every album sold from current pre-orders, through Christmas Day, will be given to Children's Miracle Network and Best Buddies.
"The holidays are all about giving back," Brown says in a video.
Children's Miracle Network has raised more than $5 billion for local children's hospitals since its inception in 1983. And, Best Buddies is a non-profit that seeks to provide mentorship to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Royalty is due out Dec. 18.
